As an Area Sales Officer, you’ll be responsible for manage up to BDE (Business Development Executive) kankarbagh Patna team and will report directly to the Demand/Supply Leads. • Recruitment of BDE and Jr Sales Executives, to make best team. • Drive monthly targets through the team of BDE and drives sales across FMCG & Staples, • Co-ordinates with supply team for best price and product gap in kankarbagh Patna area • Drives buyer app education and enables organic buying and range selling products of company. • Divides & cascades target among his team members as per pin codes and enable focused beat execution • Helps BDEs to resolve market-related queries and helps in the BDE/MDE be more effective in their daily routine – prep, buyer visit, and review • Train and Coach his team of BDE for maximizing and better productivity • Handles 2nd level escalation for buyer from kankarbagh Patna related ongoing issue and tracks records, reach, productivity, and range selling as the primary measures by BDEs and ensures enough help and support provided to the BDE to be able to deliver them • Co-ordinates with operations team for delivery & payment related issues, with maintained report within the targetob Des.
