  • Outbound and Inbound Calling:

  • Sales and Conversions:

    • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
    • Convert leads into customers through effective counseling and persuasion techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and update the CRM system with details of interactions with clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Keep detailed records of calls and counseling sessions.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and counseling progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant Field, e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing].
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling is preferred.
