The Telecaller cum Counsellor is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our services. This role involves counselling prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a compassionate approach to counselling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound and Inbound Calling

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
    • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Client Counselling

    • Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients through active listening and questioning.
    • Provide detailed information about our services and guide clients towards suitable options.
    • Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach during counselling sessions.
  3. Lead Generation and Follow-up

    • Identify potential leads and maintain a database of client information.
    • Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the necessary information and support to make an informed decision.
  4. Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and counselling sessions.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, client feedback, and counselling outcomes.
  5. Sales and Targets

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and service enrolments.
    • Contribute to the overall sales goals of the company by closing deals and securing new clients.
  6. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaboration

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
