    • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to the sales manager and relevant stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
