Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and professional.

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update records such as visitor logs and contact directories.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.

- Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal departments.
- Support customer and employee satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, telephones).
