Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Plan and manage sales activities to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
    • Ensure pricing and terms are aligned with company policies.
    • Follow up on sales leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
    • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
