  1. Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.

  6. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the organization's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.

  8. Cash Management: Manage cash flow by monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and making recommendations for investments or financing arrangements.

  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  10. Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and other financial management tools effectively to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.

  11. Financial Advisory: Provide financial advice and guidance to management, department heads, or other stakeholders based on analysis of financial data and trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred, but not always required.

  3. Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
