We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Handler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage our company's presence on social media platforms, engage with our audience, and develop compelling content to promote our brand and products/services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a knack for storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers and customers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content, and fostering a sense of community.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Develop relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand the company's reach and visibility.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, with experience creating and editing multimedia content.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
