The Back Office Executive is responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the front office operations. This role involves handling data entry, processing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the back office.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Enter and update data accurately in the company’s database and systems.
- Maintain and manage records, files, and documents.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.

Transaction Processing:
- Process and verify transactions such as invoices, orders, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to transactions.

Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with front office staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on various operational metrics.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
