Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Visitor Coordination:
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes if required.
- Inform staff members of visitor arrivals promptly.

Communication and Coordination:
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
- Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal staff.

Office Supplies Management:
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly, professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
