Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of products/services.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve the company’s products/services and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
