The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and events.
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
  2. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor trends.
    • Gather insights on customer behavior and preferences to inform strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends to recommend new approaches.
  3. Content Development:

    • Create compelling marketing content, including blogs, brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Collaborate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality materials.
  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
    • Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
    • Oversee email marketing efforts and analyze open and conversion rates.
  5. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
    • Build relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Sales Support:

    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
    • Provide marketing materials and training to support sales initiatives.
  7. Event Management:

    • Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products/services.
    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.
  8. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Measure the ROI of marketing activities and prepare performance reports.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

  • Experience:
    1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Freshers with strong skills and internships are also considered.

  • Key Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, etc.).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creativity and innovation in campaign planning.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
