The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to deliver effective campaigns and ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and events.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor trends.
- Gather insights on customer behavior and preferences to inform strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to recommend new approaches.

Content Development:
- Create compelling marketing content, including blogs, brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality materials.

Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Oversee email marketing efforts and analyze open and conversion rates.

Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Build relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide marketing materials and training to support sales initiatives.

- Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products/services.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.

- Measure the ROI of marketing activities and prepare performance reports.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Freshers with strong skills and internships are also considered.

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and innovation in campaign planning.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).

- Engagement rates on social media and digital platforms.
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
