The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
- Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to meet their needs and preferences.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions or recommendations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and secure repeat business or referrals.

Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and securing orders.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and payment arrangements with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software or sales databases.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management for review and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or business administration is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
