As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical devices and systems. You will work on a variety of projects, from small components to large industrial machinery, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

  • Create and analyze mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
  • Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Iterate designs based on test results and feedback.

• Project Management:

  • Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation.

• Analysis and Problem-Solving:

  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations.
  • Implement design improvements based on analysis.
  • Utilize simulation software to predict performance and identify potential issues.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and audits.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

• Research and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct research to develop new technologies and methodologies.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (such as PE) is a plus.

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software is advantageous.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
