Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Skills:
