We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of back-office processes.
Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data into the company's databases and systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and documentation.

- Assist in handling routine administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications as needed.

- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.

Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Report Generation:
- Assist in generating and compiling reports using relevant software or tools.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular checks on data input and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
