Key Responsibilities:
- System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems, network servers, and applications, ensuring systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance, updates, and backups of systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions or operational issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
