Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security equipment to identify and address security breaches.

- Control access to the property by verifying identification and authorizing entry of visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.

- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, investigating disturbances and providing assistance as needed.
- Document and report security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities or management.

Emergency Management:
- Assist in the evacuation of buildings during emergencies and provide clear instructions to occupants.
- Administer basic first aid or CPR if necessary and call for medical assistance when required.

- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
- Handle conflicts and disputes in a professional manner, ensuring that situations do not escalate.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional training or certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.

- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
