The Back Office Executive is responsible for performing various administrative and support tasks to assist in the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves managing data, processing transactions, handling documentation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the company's databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following data protection protocols.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

Documentation and Filing:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and can be easily retrieved when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents as required.

Transaction Processing:
- Process and verify financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.

Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.

Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other external parties as needed.
- Support the front office and other teams by providing necessary information and assistance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with data management and financial transaction processing.
