We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the ply products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of plywood, laminates, and other related products, and achieving sales targets. This role demands strong customer relationship management, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the ply and wood products market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive sales of plywood, laminates, and other wood-based products by identifying and converting potential leads.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, distributors, and retailers.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data to generate regular reports.
- Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and pricing to position the company's products effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ply, laminates, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of the ply and wood products market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
