Key Responsibilities:

  4. Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics.
    • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  5. Project Management:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  6. Customer and Stakeholder Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  7. Human Resources Management:

    • Recruit, train, and develop employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
    • Handle employee relations issues and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  8. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies and methods.
    • Monitor and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using management software and MS Office Suite.
