Technical Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on equipment, machinery, or systems according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.

Installation and Assembly:
- Assist in the installation, assembly, and setup of equipment, components, or systems, following technical specifications, blueprints, or schematics.
- Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and configuration of machinery or systems to meet performance standards and requirements.

Quality Control and Inspection:
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests to verify product quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions or adjustments as necessary.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace.
- Identify potential safety risks or hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate or eliminate them to maintain a safe working environment.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies, and requisition materials as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and usage to ensure availability and efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and service reports to document work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
- Provide regular updates, status reports, and feedback to supervisors or team leaders on work progress and issues encountered.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of vocational training or certification from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in a relevant trade or specialization (e.g., electrical, mechanical, automotive, welding, machining).
- 1-2 years of experience in technical maintenance, repair, or assembly work, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, components, and principles.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
