The Computer Operator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining computer systems and ensuring they operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring:
- Monitor computer systems, networks, and applications for performance and operational issues.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical problems.

- Respond to system alerts and user-reported issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.

Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, hardware checks, and backups.
- Ensure all systems are secure and free from vulnerabilities.

Data Management:
- Manage data backups, recovery procedures, and storage systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance.

Support:
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related inquiries.
- Assist in training staff on new systems or applications.

Documentation:
- Maintain logs of system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Create and update operational manuals and guides.

Coordination:

Requirements:

Education:
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
