Key Responsibilities:

  5. Planning and Coordination:

    • Plan and organize team activities to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, or a related discipline) is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with relevant software and tools; industry-specific knowledge may be required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong problem-solving abilities; and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Certifications: Leadership or management certifications can be beneficial.
