The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the organization. This role involves managing data, processing transactions, and ensuring that the back-end operations run efficiently. The Back Office Executive plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the company's processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Enter and update data in the company's databases and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Transaction Processing:
- Process and verify transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Manage inventory records and update stock levels.

Communication:
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to other departments as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain various reports related to back office operations.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for back office processes.

Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure that all back office operations comply with company policies and regulations.
- Perform regular quality checks on processes and data.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Working Conditions:
- Environment: Office-based, with a standard office environment.
