  1. Administrative Support:

  3. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
  4. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, and training outcomes.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
    • Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  7. HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HR software and databases.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
