Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
    • Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
  3. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  4. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support consistent branding efforts.
  5. Event Planning and Coordination:

    • Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Develop customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Monitor and report on budget expenditures and campaign ROI.
  8. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management.
    • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  9. Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  10. Other Duties:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
