Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Assistance: Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences, providing recommendations and answering questions.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and issuing receipts.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout and product displays.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and transactions. Report sales data to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and store staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
