  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout and product displays.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive sales.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and transactions. Report sales data to the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and store staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
    • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
