The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients and follow up to convert leads into sales.

- Present and promote products or services to clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by management.

Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to address customer questions confidently.

Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Work Environment
