Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
    • Use CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

  5. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
    • Experience in managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
