Key Responsibilities:

  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to prioritize tasks and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

  5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, outlining the company's products or services, pricing, and value proposition to win new business.

  6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, analyzing market data to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.

  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  8. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with products or services, addressing any concerns or issues proactively, and relaying insights to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

  9. Revenue Forecasting: Forecast sales projections and revenue targets, monitoring progress against goals, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  10. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and analysis for management review, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the relevant industry or sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
