We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in the classroom.

Student Assessment & Development:
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic progress.
- Identify and address learning challenges, providing additional support when needed.

Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Enforce school rules and discipline procedures to promote positive behavior.
- Manage classroom resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.

Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Work with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure student success.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student learning.

Extracurricular Support:
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a mentor or advisor for student organizations when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. (Master’s preferred for certain roles.)
