The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various print and digital media to communicate ideas and messages effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members to bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities:

Design Creation:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visual materials, including logos, brand identities, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, website layouts, and other marketing collateral.
- Use creativity and artistic skills to develop visually appealing and impactful designs that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends.

Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations, and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions to gather feedback, discuss design concepts, and refine ideas.

Graphic Production:
- Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare design files for print and digital publication, ensuring proper file formats, color profiles, resolutions, and specifications for optimal output quality.

Brand Identity Development:
- Develop brand identities, visual identity systems, and style guides that reflect client brand values, personality, and messaging across various touchpoints and channels.
- Maintain consistency and integrity of brand assets, including logos, typography, colors, and imagery, to reinforce brand recognition and awareness.

Creative Problem-Solving:
- Solve design challenges and address client needs creatively, innovatively, and efficiently while adhering to project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into design iterations to refine and improve visual concepts and deliverables.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in design work by conducting thorough reviews, proofreading, and testing across different platforms and devices.
- Perform pre-flight checks and final inspections to verify design specifications and prepare files for production or publication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or design studio.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects, including branding, print materials, digital assets, and web design.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices in visual communication and user experience (UX) design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to produce high-quality design solutions.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
