Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of products or services and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after sales to gather feedback, address any concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide insights and feedback to the sales team and management to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices. Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
