Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and timelines.
- Monitor on-site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other teams.

- Interpret and explain technical drawings, specifications, and designs to on-site teams.
- Ensure that engineering principles and safety regulations are followed.

Quality Control:
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that resources are used efficiently to avoid delays or budget overruns.

Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site complies with health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and submit reports on site progress, delays, or challenges.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a similar role is often required.

- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA (for safety), are an advantage.
