Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Sales Administration:
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and products.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate product specifications.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
