  1. Sales Prospecting:

  4. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Prepare and review sales contracts to ensure adherence to company policies.
  5. Account Management:

    • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.
  6. Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning and strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex product information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
