We are seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as security guards. The ideal candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As a security guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent security breaches, unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
2. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious behavior or potential security threats.
3. Conduct security checks of buildings, grounds, and property to ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure.
4. Enforce access control procedures, including verifying identification and issuing visitor badges or access cards.
5. Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms in a timely and appropriate manner.
6. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or violations of security policies and procedures.
7. Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.
8. Escort individuals or groups to and from designated locations, especially during non-business hours or in high-risk areas.
9. Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and daily activity logs.
10. Follow company policies and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding security and safety.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a security guard, law enforcement officer, or military personnel.
2. Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
6. Basic knowledge of security procedures, equipment, and techniques.
7. Ability to operate security devices and systems, including CCTV cameras and two-way radios.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
9. Valid security guard license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
10. Clean criminal record and background check.
