  1. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  2. Research and understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of potential clients.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and trends to management.
  10. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote company products/services.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or consultative selling environment.
  2. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  4. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to overcome obstacles and objections.
  7. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a customer-centric mindset.
  8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
