Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

- Document technical processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.

- Participate in planning and executing technical projects to meet deadlines and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred for senior roles.
- Experience: Proven experience in a technical field relevant to the role.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in specific technical tools, software, or systems (e.g., CAD, programming languages, cloud platforms).
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge:
