Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and collections.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business objectives and initiatives.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, communicating potential impacts to stakeholders and implementing necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Provide support during external audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
