Key Responsibilities:

  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.
  4. Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring processes and workflows are efficient and effective.
    • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  5. Revenue Growth and Profitability:

    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:

    • Manage the sales department budget and allocate resources effectively.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and tools (e.g., CRM software).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
