Key Responsibilities:

The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow a prepared script to provide information and answer questions.

- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests.

- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Process orders and handle customer transactions as needed.
