Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures.
    • Help manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Support cost control measures and financial reporting.
  5. Staff Development:

    • Help recruit, train, and onboard new employees.
    • Encourage continuous learning and development among team members.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Prepare reports on operations, finances, and other relevant areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using management software and MS Office Suite.
