- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.

Financial Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures.
- Help manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support cost control measures and financial reporting.

Staff Development:
- Help recruit, train, and onboard new employees.
- Encourage continuous learning and development among team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using management software and MS Office Suite.
