- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer hardware, peripherals, and software systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical support teams for equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer hardware, software applications, and system operations.
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in computer science or information technology preferred.
- Proven experience in computer operations, system administration, or related IT roles.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and software utilities.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, data management principles, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to users.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
