Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives.

Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assessments such as tests, quizzes, projects, and homework assignments. Use assessment data to inform instructional planning and provide feedback to students.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by establishing and enforcing classroom rules and expectations, managing student behavior, and promoting respect and cooperation among students.
Individualized Instruction: Provide additional support and instruction to students who are struggling academically and challenge advanced learners to reach their full potential.
Communication: Communicate regularly with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, share information about classroom activities and events, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Professional Development: Stay current with developments in education, attend professional development workshops and conferences, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to coordinate curriculum, share resources, and address the needs of individual students and the school community.
