The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, from market research to campaign execution, both digital and offline, ensuring the company reaches its target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and traditional platforms.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and ensure timely posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in managing website content and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor strategies and monitor industry developments.
- Use marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and generate reports.

Content Creation:
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to develop promotional materials such as brochures, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Write and edit copy for marketing materials, including blogs, ads, and website content.

Event Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Represent the company at events, engaging with customers and partners.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing projects.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to internal stakeholders.

Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Track expenses and provide financial updates to the marketing manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
