Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

  • Business Development:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business development goals.
  • Account Management:

    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on client activity and business outcomes.
    • Monitor client accounts to ensure they remain profitable and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement client engagement plans to meet business objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on client needs and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
    • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
