Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Targets and Performance
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.

Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze market data to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Sales Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and submit sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same or related industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
