Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management

    • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the designated area.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  2. Financial Performance

    • Set and achieve financial targets for sales, revenue, and profitability.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and reduce costs.
  3. Staff Management and Development

    • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  4. Customer Service and Quality Control

    • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all locations.
    • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure product and service consistency.
  5. Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and present regular reports on area performance to senior management.
    • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business improvements.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management

    • Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
    • Implement and oversee loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a multi-location retail or service environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
